What is the minimum order?
Twenty-five hampers, for ready and custom hampers alike. Orders of one hundred or more are quoted separately.
Can our logo go on it?
Yes. Your logo is printed on the Diwali card in every hamper. Send a vector file or a high-resolution PNG.
How long does it take?
Ten to fourteen days to make after approval, delivered within three weeks. Reserve by 20 October for Diwali.
Where do you deliver?
To one company address, anywhere in India. All hampers arrive together, ready to hand out. We do not deliver to individual homes.
Can we see a sample first?
We share a photo of your exact hamper before you confirm. Physical samples are not available this season.
Do you provide an invoice?
Yes, with every order.
Can we have a custom hamper?
Yes. Tell us the pieces you would like and we will put it together. The minimum is the same twenty-five.
Will the colours match the photos?
Closely, but not exactly. Every piece is made by hand, so shades can vary slightly from what you see on the site. We share a photo of your exact hamper before you confirm.
Will the pieces really last?
Yes. They hold their shape and colour for years. Keep them out of direct sunlight.
